A whole day for newcomers and experienced alike, we will learn Lift Qi Up Pour Qi Down, from Zhineng Qigong’s deeply nourishing teachings.
Simple movements whilst being still.
Exercising the mind muscle whilst letting go.
Nourishing relaxation whilst being connected inside and out.
And a little song to remember the fun of it all!
Wear loose clothing, light, flat shoes (or socks/bare feet!)
This will be a quite intensive day, with lots of repetition of the movements, so as to feel them like a dance – and so to be able to let go.
