An opportunity to try some partner yoga acrobatics
We’ll warm up with a yoga flow aiming at preparing you for handstands and arm balances (you do not need to be able to do handstands or arm balances for this – it’s just the prep that will help get you there if you are working on it!) some co-ordination games and then get to the AcroYoga.
Unlock your physical creativity, inner potential and connection with others in this fun and energising practice. Great for connection and trust between couples, friends, parents and children or your fellow humans 🙂
NO ACROBATIC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! It’s much more accessible than you think! 😉
No need to bring a partner but if you have someone you’d like to practice with bring them along
I’ll be looking for both bases (the person on the floor) and flyers (the person balancing) and you’ll be free to have a go at both – they are equally as fun!
The only pre-requisites are some body awareness – any yoga practice, fitness exercise, dance or martial art, and a fun and inquisitive attitudeI promise you’ll leave feeling energised and inspired 😉
£20pp or £30 per couple/duo. (Concessions possible for special circumstances)Please arrive on time to start promptly at 19.30.If you need to eat before the workshop please try and eat at least 2 hours before or eat something light
