An opportunity to learn about Alexander Technique and how to move well and with mindfulness.
The session will include:
- Two guided meditations
- Walking techniques
- A short qi gong sequence
- Plus a great tool for de-stressing and pain relief
Subject to the weather there will be a short walk outside.
This is a great introduction to both mindfulness and Alexander Technique – bringing thinking and activity together to improve inner and outer balance and co-ordination.
The price is £30pp (which includes light refreshments, information sheets on technique and two meditation recordings)
