5 Week Beginners Meditation Course.

The aim of the course is to introduce a variety of meditation styles, enabling you to develop a practice which suits you.
Each session will be 1 hour long.
Each session will consist of a variety of different meditations, starting with short meditations and building to longer ones. There will be short periods of teaching and discussion.
Week 1; Introduction
Week 2; Different styles of meditation
Week 3; Mindfulness and Gratitude
Week 4; Breathing Techniques
Week 5; Bringing it all together
PRICE: £50 for 5-week course
