Mondays 4pm – 5.30pm

This is for those who have never done yoga or have not practiced for a long time and feeling a little creaky! This class is designed to bring more mobility to the joints, build stability through the feet and legs, and ease stiffness and lower back pain. I recommend committing to at least 5 consecutive sessions if you want to see the benefits.
