About Tai Chi Qigong Shibashi.
The 18 exercises of the popular Shibashi form the background to these workshops as we use them to
explore the movements of energy in nature – the Earth, Water, Fire, Metal and Wood elements of Taoist
philosophy. The form places emphasis on synchronising the 18 movements with proper breathing
