The mindfulness drop-in is a chance for you to experience guided mindfulness meditations in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, or a chance to refresh your practice if you have already completed the 8-week course.

We will be practicing for around 40 minutes so previous experience of meditation is necessary.

Experience the freedom of mindfulness practice and take the chance to deepen your relationship to yourself at your own pace.

Polly will guide you through each practice and offer advice if needed over a cup of tea at the end of the session.
