Morning practise is a yoga class focusing on traditional morning practices of Surya Namaskar (sun salutes) Kriyas (cleansing practices) and Bandhas (energy seals). These practices are best done in the morning on an empty stomach, so breakfast early and lightly!
Not suitable for beginners but people who have some experience of yoga and like a stronger more dynamic practise.
