In the very special postnatal period, mothers can benefit by reconnecting with their body and their baby in a nurturing and supportive environment.
Mum and baby Yoga is designed to aid postnatal recovery by using gentle, progressive postures, aided by breath-work and relaxation. Babies are incorporated throughout the class, enjoying age appropriate engagement, exercises, songs and dry massage.
Classes are suited for mothers and babies, from 6 weeks onwards (once gained postnatal clearance from doctor).
Classes are £50 for a 6 week course.
