The Body Control Pilates programme combines training on not just a physical level but a mental level too. By improving body awareness and correct postural alignment, tensions are released from the body and the development of core strength (deep abdominal muscle) is increased. The goal of the programme is to strengthen the postural muscles whilst achieving optimal functional fitness.

Classes are kept to a maximum of 8 clients to ensure individual attention and will cost £7 per class or £36 for 6 classes.
