Pranayama & Developing Patience

Patience is often described as an essential attribute for spiritual growth. However all too often, we find ourselves overly driven to peruse our goals. It remains a big challenge to maintain inner calm whilst making determined efforts.

In this workshop we will delve into the subtle challenges of combining patience with enthusiasm. We will have space to articulate our experiences using guided questions alongside selected yogic texts, and help draw out personal affirmations to infuse our preparatory Asana. This will be followed by a long Pranayama practice.

All you need bring is an open mind and heart.
