A traditional hatha yoga class consisting of pranayama, sun salutations followed by 12 asanas, relaxation between the postures and a final yoga nidra. Using the breath and the postures to bring calm and balance to the mind and body

We practice sirshansana (headstand) in the class although it is a yogis choice. Other options will be explained along with the reasons for the sequence of the postures

I stumbled on yoga around 7 years ago now and can honestly say it has changed my life in 2017 I completed my 200 hour ttc in the Sivananda Centre Putney London 28 days of total immersion with no intention of teaching just seeking a more enlightened understanding of life and myself. But that soon changed and I taught in a dance studio twice a week for almost 2 years. In January 2019 I spent 5 weeks at the Sivananda Ashram in the Bahamas where I completed my attc which equals 500 hour teacher training

Since then I have been teaching at Bannatyne in Hastings 1 or 2 hours a week

I am looking forward to meeting you and sharing the tiny amount of yogic knowledge I have been blessed to learn
