Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra or ‘Yogic Sleep’ is the state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.It is a state of deep relaxation and has been found to reduce tension and anxiety and aid sleep.
This practice will allow you to release any accumulated tension – and there may be a great deal after the last two years – to leave you feeling relaxed and rejuvenated.Our session will be an hour and 15 minutes. Please arrive just before 7pm to get prepared and comfortable to enter the relaxation.

Unfortunately we are unable to supply equipment at the venue. Please wear warm clothing and bring your own mat, at least one blanket (two if you can) and a bolster or pillow. It is important that you are warm and comfortable so please bring anything that will help you in this endeavour.

Please also feel free to bring a flask of herbal tea (no caffeine) with you to help you relax before the session.
