Vinyasa • Thursday • 11.15 – 12.30 •
This Vinyasa Flow class will bring you balance, energy, calm and strength to the mind and body as we synchronise movement and breath.
Each week the class will bring you something a little bit different with varying asanas (yoga poses) and an option to practice pranayama (breathing techniques) if you wish.
Emily has done a 200 hour multi style YTT at an Indian school, thus channels traditional teachings through to her classes with a modern take.
All levels and ages are welcome, variations and modifications are provided; so bring yourself, a mat and any props you feel you may need and you’ll be welcomed in with open arms.
1 x class = £8
5 x classes = £6.50 (£32.50)
