A 6 week course to ease the transition into, through and beyond the Menopause.
After 6 weeks the class will continue as a regular Menopause Yoga class incorporating all the elements explored through the course.

Research has shown that yoga and relaxation therapies can alleviate symptoms at all stages of the menopause from peri-menopause to post-menopause, in fact they are a credible alternative to HRT.
There are yoga poses which are particularly beneficial in easing the symptoms at every stage of our menopausal journey and over the 6 week course we will learn postures and relaxation techniques to aid your journey through this important and empowering stage of life.
You will learn tools to bring into your daily life to alleviate the symptoms and install a sense of equilibrium and well-being whilst rebalancing the hormones.
We will practice both active and restorative yoga postures. There will be a focus on developing meditation practices for relaxation. We will also share yoga nidra, a yogic sleep practice for deep relaxation.
There will also be a sharing of the important aspects of self care as you journey to the beauty of the juicy crone stage of life..
Menopause is a natural event in our lives, the final stage of our Goddess journey. My own menopausal journey was supported with yoga, meditation and self care practices. This holistic approach allowed me to embrace the change and move through to what I now know is a most beautiful stage of life, all the knowledge and experience we have gained carrying us through to the wise woman years of empowerment, liberation and freedom.
