Yoga with Julie
Julie has over 20 years of experience of yoga, learning from teachers trained in Iyengar, Scaravelli, Satyananda, yoga. She completed her yoga teacher training in Still Flowing Yoga, a mindful, somatic, approach to yoga, and is in the process of completing a training in Meridian Yoga based on Scarevellis teachings. This class integrates the different strands of yoga Julie has been taught and influenced by. It is a gentle, meditative, non-performance based class enabling you to relax and unwind, releasing tensions held in the body and calming the mind.
In this class you will be able to advance your practice by becoming more mindful and aware of your body and not necessarily by doing more complicated and difficult asanas (postures). All welcome
Mondays 6 til 7.30pm
Cost £7 drop in or £35 if you pay for a block of 6 weeks. (The blocks of six are from fixed dates. Please get in touch if you want to know when the next block starts) Julie 07973 508382
